NavisThesia collects your precise location data to enable GPS-verified clinical attendance tracking, even when the app is closed or not in use.

This app collects location data in the background to verify that you are at your assigned clinical site when you clock in and clock out. Location is always in use while you are clocked in, even when the app is not in use, to ensure accurate attendance records for your program. Specifically:

• Foreground Location: When you clock in or clock out, the app collects your precise GPS coordinates to verify you are at or near your assigned clinical site.
• Background Location: This app collects location data in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use, to verify clinical site attendance while you are clocked in. This ensures attendance verification is accurate and uninterrupted.
• How Location Data is Used: Location coordinates are compared against registered clinical site coordinates to verify attendance. This data is stored with your time records and is visible to your program administrators.
• Data Retention: Location data is retained as part of your clinical attendance records for the duration of your enrollment.
• User Control: You may disable location services in your device settings, though this will prevent GPS-verified clock in/out functionality. Manual time entry remains available.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Navisthesia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
